In Brief: What's it all about?

Dr. CJ Rhoads is founder of ETM Associates, Inc., a thriving consulting firm focusing on enterprise, technology, and management issues and an Associate Professor in the College of Business at Kutztown University, as well as the managing director for Pacem In Vita Institute.

Her research & interests in successful health practices, entrepreneurship, business strategy, leadership development, performance metrics, and strategies of success even in poor economic times led her to envision a solution to an age-old problem; finding exactly the right knowledge at the exact right time for the exact right price for the highest possible value.

HPL Consortium is a group of people who have banded together to make that vision a reality - and getting what they need along the way.
